Projects in renewable energy. Pioneer in wind turbine construction.

Following experience in Northern Cyprus and Turkey, as a board member of Airkraft Windkraftanlagen Errichtungs- und Betriebs AG, and later as managing director of Airkraft Windkraftanlagen Errichtungs- und Betriebs GmbH, I initiated and/or co-developed the construction of 29 wind turbines in Lower Austria (the Pottendorf, Tattendorf, Ebenfurth 1 & Ebenfurth 2 wind farms) together with other like-minded enthusiasts between 2000 and 2018. We also operated three turbines in the Ebenfurth 1 wind farm for 15 years.

In total, this work resulted in approximately 75 MW of installed capacity, supplying electrical energy for around 47,000 households (3,500 kWh/a per household, 2,200 full-load hours). A contribution to independence from fossil fuels that gives me great personal satisfaction.

I now offer the know-how gained from this work to support project initiatives for building future-proof energy generation facilities. Hydrogen refueling stations, megawatt-scale battery storage systems, and Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) are the new main focus areas here.
